    HIKAMI is an academic journal dedicated to advancing contemporary Qur’anic studies and Islamic thought through critical, contextual, and interdisciplinary research. This edition presents diverse scholarly contributions that explore the intersection between classical Islamic scholarship and contemporary social realities. Topics featured include numerical symbolism in Qur’anic verses, theological interpretations of classical exegesis, philosophical reflections on human existence, child protection in the digital era, and the development of an ethical framework for personal branding based on Qur’anic values.

    The journal also addresses pressing contemporary issues through Islamic perspectives, including the reinterpretation of qaulan sadidan as a counter-narrative to misinformation in the post-truth era and an analysis of digital tabarruj in relation to self-exhibition on social media. By fostering rigorous academic inquiry and meaningful engagement with current challenges, HIKAMI seeks to contribute to the development of relevant, transformative, and globally engaged Qur’anic scholarship.

    HIKAMI: Jurnal Ilmu Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir is published by STKQ Al-Hikam Depok with ISSN (Online) 2809-7262 and ISSN (Print) 2986-4771. Published twice a year since 2020 (June and December), this journal adopts digital and institutional archiving systems to ensure long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles.

    HIKAMI has implemented archiving through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and local institutional preservation managed by STKQ Al-Hikam Depok, both online and offline (physical and digital copies), to maintain publication sustainability.

    To improve archive quality and support international publication standards, HIKAMI continuously develops additional preservation strategies through internationally recognized archiving services.

    All published articles remain permanently accessible and preserved for future academic use.

    HIKAMI: Jurnal Ilmu Alquran dan Tafsir journal and published STKQ AL-Hikam Depok ISSN  (online) 2809-7262 and ISSN (print) 2986-4771. Published twice a year since 2020 (Juni and Desember), is a multilingual (Indonesia, English, and Arabic).

    Editors welcome scholars, researchers, and practitioners of basic education around the world to submit scholarly articles to be published in this journal. All articles will be reviewed by experts before accepted for publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles.
