ARCHIVING

HIKAMI: Journal of Qur’anic Studies and Tafsir has adopted the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and LOCKSS systems, ensuring permanent, secure, and distributed digital preservation of published content. In addition, HIKAMI also utilizes local archiving services provided by the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Tafsir and the publishing institution, both online and offline (physical or digital copies), to ensure long-term journal sustainability and accessibility.

To enhance the quality of archiving and align with international publication standards, HIKAMI continuously considers integrating additional archiving services, such as CLOCKSS, Zenodo, DataCite, Portico, and other recognized preservation systems.

Through this archiving policy, HIKAMI is committed to maintaining the availability, integrity, and sustainability of scholarly publications in the field of Qur’anic Studies and Tafsir.
