To support editorial management, peer review, publication quality, and journal sustainability, HIKAMI applies the following publication fee policy.

Submission Fee

Authors are not required to pay any submission fee. Manuscripts may be submitted through the online journal system without any charge.

Submission Fee: IDR 0 (Free)

Article Processing Charge (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only to manuscripts that have successfully passed the review process and have been formally accepted for publication.

The APC covers:

• Editorial processing
• Peer review administration
• Copyediting and proofreading
• Layout and typesetting
• DOI registration
• Online publication and archiving

Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 250,000 per accepted article

Payment instructions will be provided after the manuscript receives an acceptance decision from the editorial team.

Important Notes

• Payment of APC does not guarantee acceptance of the manuscript.
• Editorial decisions are based solely on academic quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.
• APC is charged only after the manuscript is officially accepted for publication.

Waiver and Discount Policy

Requests for fee reduction or waiver may be considered by the editorial board under specific conditions and institutional considerations.
