About the Journal

PROSAKTI: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes community-service activities related to Qur’anic values, Islamic education, and religious empowerment. The journal focuses on applied, measurable, and sustainable programs that deliver direct benefits to society.

Focus & Scope

Focus:

  • Qur’anic literacy and education
  • Religious counseling and community guidance
  • Mosque-based empowerment programs
  • Character development and Islamic ethics
  • Community welfare and social transformation
  • Training, mentoring, and faith-based empowerment

Scope includes (but not limited to):

  • Models of community empowerment
  • Service programs integrated with teaching and research
  • Best-practice documentation
  • Impact evaluation of community-service activities
  • Social innovation based on Qur’anic or religious values

Author Guidelines

  1. Article structure:
    Title; Author & Affiliation; Abstract (150–250 words); Keywords; Introduction; Method/Implementation; Results & Discussion; Impact/Evaluation; Conclusion; Acknowledgment (optional); References.
  2. Format: A4, 8–15 pages, Times New Roman 12 pt, spacing 1.15.
  3. Citations: use APA 7th (Mendeley/Zotero recommended).
  4. Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  5. Languages: Indonesian, English, or Arabic.

Peer-Review Policy

All submissions are screened and then reviewed by two reviewers using a double-blind peer-review system. Decisions include: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Authors must revise according to reviewers’ comments.

Publication Ethics (COPE)

  • Authors: originality, proper citation, no plagiarism or duplicate submission.
  • Reviewers: confidential, objective, declare conflicts of interest.
  • Editors: fair decisions, integrity, handle ethical concerns.

Violations may result in rejection or retraction.

Open Access & Copyright

This journal provides immediate open access. Authors retain copyright, and articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0).
